Eligibility Criteria  Organizations can apply for funding if they provide services in one or all the following areas: Ohio and Marshall Counties in West Virginia and Belmont County in Ohio. Applicants must be recognized as 501(c)(3) organizations, classified as public charities under Code Section 509(a), or partner with a nonprofit fiscal agent. Qualified charities include charitable, religious and educational organizations, school districts, public libraries and other government-affiliated organizations.
