This funding opportunity provides financial support to organizations working to improve international efforts in detecting and disrupting Russia's tactics to evade sanctions across various sectors, including finance, technology, and transportation.
Russias unprovoked war in Ukraine has resulted in unprecedented international sanctions regimes targeting the perpetrators and enablers of Russias defense industrial base. These sanctions are a critical tool to help raise the cost on the Russian military, and its enablers, to access the resources, finances, and materials that advance its wartime objectives.
