The process begins with a Brand Navigation Workshop, a six-hour strategic session focused on defining core values, audience personas, competitor analysis, and brand personality. Following this, Alfa Charlie will deliver a full Visual Brand Identity, including moodboards, logo design, color palettes, fonts, and other key visual elements documented in a Brand Compass Book. In the subsequent month, the agency will develop additional collateral and design assets to help ensure brand cohesion across platforms. Finally, the grant includes three quarterly check-ins post-collaboration to offer ongoing feedback and support.
