The ARP Funding Opportunity, administered by STTARS, offers financial support to Tribal domestic violence programs, shelters, and not-for-profit organizations addressing housing insecurity and homelessness for survivors of gender-based violence. This initiative, funded through an HHS grant from FY2022 to FY2025, aims to mitigate COVID-19 impacts among Indigenous communities by supporting housing applications, rental assistance, test kits/PPE, transportation, hotel vouchers, emergency food and water support, care kits, mental health services, cleaning supplies, technology for remote work, wellness activities, and emergency funds.
