Tempe Community Council Human Service Funding 2025-2026

The City of Tempe’s 2025-26 Human Services Funding Application process begins on November 13, 2024, at 12:00 PM (Arizona time) and closes on December 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM (Arizona time). Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations providing essential human services to Tempe residents. While attending the Pre-Application Training held on November 5, 2024, was not mandatory, reviewing the recorded session and accompanying materials is strongly encouraged for prospective applicants. Applications must be submitted through the ZoomGrants platform. Resources, including a recorded training session with the passcode tcA1H8C?, a detailed training manual, and a "How to Use ZoomGrants" video, are available to guide applicants. Organizations new to Tempe human services funding are advised to contact Community Impact Manager Kim Van Nimwegen for additional support.
