Small Business Grant Program

The City of Norco, California, is offering a Small Business Grant Program funded through the American Rescue Plan Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The business must also provide documentation of being negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as experiencing business interruptions, revenue loss, or closures. These include proof of registration with the California Secretary of State, evidence of operation since June 1, 2019, a valid City of Norco business license or permit, and financial documents such as profit and loss statements or business tax returns from the past two years. Applicants must also include documentation or notarized statements that substantiate the economic hardship experienced due to the pandemic.
