Applicants are strongly encouraged to consult with a Program Officer before applying to ensure their project aligns with these criteria and to receive guidance for submitting a competitive application.
The deadlines for final applications are February 28, June 30, and September 29, 2025, with preliminary applications due one month before each final deadline.
