Pro Bono Program 2025

For this pro bono opportunity, DRG will customize the recruitment approach, ensuring alignment with the selected organization’s leadership needs. This also includes making the job posting public with an approved salary range, emphasizing DRG's commitment to transparency and equity in the hiring process. The program specifically targets nonprofits that are based in the United States and operate within the arts and culture sector. This includes organizations such as performing arts groups, museums, media institutions, cultural organizations, and community art centers. To qualify, applicant organizations must not have previously worked with DRG, nor be under contract with any other executive search firm at the time of application. Only complete submissions will be considered, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants are required to publicly share the executive search details, including the compensation range, which must be pre-approved by their board or relevant leadership. This requirement underscores DRG’s emphasis on transparency and governance alignment. The selected nonprofit will be notified by August 11, 2025. All applications must be submitted by July 25, 2025.
