Division 18 Lived Experience Fund Research or Program Development Grant
This grant provides $3,500 to psychologists with lived experience to support research or innovative programs focused on peer support, advocacy, and related fields.
The Division 18 Lived Experience Fund Research or Program Development Grant, administered by the American Psychological Foundation (APF), supports psychologists who identify as having lived experience and conduct work focused on peer support, survivor studies, c/s/x advocacy, disclosure, or similar fields. This one-time $3,500 award is granted to a doctoral-level psychologist at any career stage to fund research or innovative program development. Applications are evaluated based on impact, innovation, alignment with the fund’s goals, and plans for dissemination. The Foundation encourages submissions from individuals of all backgrounds and demographics. The application requires a project proposal, timeline, budget and justification, and a CV.
