Midway Services for the New York State Fair
This opportunity invites midway operators to submit proposals for providing and managing rides, games, and concessions at the Great New York State Fair from 2025 to 2034.
The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a midway operator to provide and operate the rides, games, and concessions on the midway during the annual Great New York State Fair. The contract will start with the 2025 Fair and end with the 2034 Fair. The RFP will be issued on or about November 1, 2024. To be eligible to submit a proposal, a company representative must attend one of the mandatory tours during the 2024 Fair, scheduled for August 25, 27, and 29.
