Nominating institutions must contribute 50% of the requested CPRIT funding as a match and demonstrate strong institutional support, including salary and research resources.
Applications must be submitted by a senior official at the institution, such as the president or provost, and include detailed information on the nominee’s research, institutional support, and anticipated impact.
