Admirals Cove Foundation Grant 2025
This grant provides funding to nonprofit organizations in northern Palm Beach County that focus on improving education, health, and social services for local residents.
The Admirals Cove Foundation (ACF) is a private philanthropic organization based in Jupiter, Florida. Its mission centers on enriching lives by providing grants to nonprofits that address critical needs in the northern Palm Beach County area. The Foundation focuses on community development by targeting three core sectors: education, health, and social services. ACF has a strong local orientation, specifically prioritizing programs that benefit Jupiter residents and nearby areas extending from Northlake Boulevard to Tequesta’s County Line Road. ACF’s grant program supports nonprofit organizations that are officially recognized as 501(c)(3) entities in good standing with the Internal Revenue Service. The Foundation does not fund individuals, entities outside Palm Beach County, or national organizations that do not provide direct benefits to northern Palm Beach County residents. Additionally, it excludes sectarian or religious purposes, general animal or environmental programs unless focused on educational outreach, political lobbying efforts, or multi-year grant commitments. Programs must clearly align with the Foundation’s strategic priorities in education, health, or social service delivery. Eligible educational programs may include nonprofit, public, or charter school initiatives that enhance educational access or quality for individuals of all ages. In the area of health, ACF is interested in nonprofit projects that improve physical or mental health outcomes. Social service grants are awarded to organizations that help individuals and families with basic needs like food, shelter, and critical assistance, including support for veterans. The 2026 grant application process opened on July 1, 2025, and will close on August 1, 2025. All applications must be submitted via ACF’s online portal. After submission, the Foundation’s office reviews each application to confirm completeness and documentation. The Allocation Committee then selects 25 nonprofit semi-finalists for further consideration. Site visits are conducted with these semi-finalists, followed by committee recommendations regarding funding totals based on both the nonprofits' specific needs and ACF's available fundraising totals for the fiscal year. The final grant recommendations are presented to the ACF Board of Directors for approval. Organizations that receive funding must sign a Grant Agreement Contract and commit to submitting a six-month status report by October 1 of the award year. All applicants will be notified of their grant status on January 11, 2026. For questions regarding the application process, applicants may contact Rebecca at the Foundation via phone at 561-745-5845 or by email at Rebecca@admiralscovefoundation.org. The Foundation is located at 200 Admirals Cove Boulevard, Jupiter, Florida 33477. The grant cycle recurs annually, with the application window opening each July 1.
