The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) is offering competitive grants through the Clean Vessel Act Grant Program (CVA) aimed at reducing pollution from recreational boats. These grants are available to private marinas, boatyards, and yacht clubs, covering up to 75% of the construction costs for pumpouts and dump stations to facilitate the proper disposal of sewage.
