Fall for Giving Grant

The Fall for Giving Grant is administered by the Fall for Greenville Board of Directors and supports nonprofit organizations serving the Greenville, South Carolina community. Rooted in the mission of Fall for Greenville, a premier Southeast culinary festival, the grant program seeks to fund projects aligned with key community focus areas: culinary and food programs, cultural diversity, family, and music. Projects were required to take place within the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31, 2024. Selected grantees were required to attend the Fall for Giving Grant Reception, with details to be shared upon award notification. Applicants were also asked to upload a series of documents as part of the online application, including the IRS determination letter, a completed budget request form, recent financial statements or IRS Form 990, a list of board members, optional letters of support, and a detailed implementation timeline and task list. The program showcases impactful community work through its funded projects. In 2024, recipients included Loaves & Fishes, which enhanced food redistribution services for the Spanish-speaking community; the Sigal Music Museum, which upgraded facilities to support musical exhibits and performances; and Friends of Cleveland Park, which launched an inclusive playground project.
