Pennsylvania Community Development Bank Program (PCD Bank)

The Pennsylvania Community Development Bank (PCD Bank) offers Capacity Building Grants to federally certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs). These grants aim to enhance the organizational capacity of CDFIs, allowing them to expand their operations, reach new markets, and provide improved services, ultimately resulting in increased lending activities. Two types of grants are available: Expansion Grants and Development Services Grants. Expansion Grants support state-accredited CDFIs in developing new programs and expanding geographic coverage or services. Development Services Grants help CDFIs increase their outreach and provide technical assistance, training, and other support to small businesses and potential borrowers.
