Delta Dental of Arkansas is offering Disaster Relief Grants to support dental practices across Arkansas that were affected by tornadoes during the spring of 2025. As a leading provider of dental insurance and services in Arkansas, Delta Dental of Arkansas aims to ease the financial burdens on dental professionals whose practices were temporarily closed due to storm-related damage.
These grants are designed to assist dental practices that were unable to operate for at least one full business day as a direct result of tornado or storm damage. The funding is intended to support the recovery and reopening efforts of these practices, allowing them to resume patient care more effectively and quickly.
Eligibility for this grant is limited to dental practices physically located in Arkansas that experienced a temporary closure of at least one full business day due to storm damage during the spring of 2025. Applicants must complete an application and provide specific documentation, including photographs of the damage and a completed W-9 form for their practice.
The application process is straightforward. Interested applicants must submit their completed application forms along with the required attachments via the designated platform. All applications must be submitted no later than June 28, 2025. However, Delta Dental of Arkansas reserves the right to close the application window early without prior notice.
Applicants will be contacted if additional information is needed during the review process. Approved applicants will receive details about their grant disbursement via email. It is important that any temporary relocations of a dental practice for patient care purposes be reported immediately to the Professional Relations team to avoid payment issues or delays.
