Mini-Grant Program

The Salem Health and Wellness Foundation is now accepting applications for its mini-grant program. This initiative aims to support small-scale programming and events that align with the foundation's interests, such as healthy eating, active living, teen pregnancy prevention, and reducing childhood obesity. Eligible activities include health fairs, adult/children running programs, health education events, and similar offerings. The foundation seeks to partner with organizations interested in conducting small-scale community events, offering a simplified application process suitable for smaller grant requests. Eligible organizations include those designated as a 501(c)3 or public agency, in existence for at least 3 years, and located in Salem County, NJ. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a limit of one award per organization per calendar year.
