PAS Hong Kong and Macau invites proposals for programs that strengthen cultural ties between the United States and Hong Kong and the United States and Macau through cultural and exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. All programs must include a U.S. element or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives and build partnerships. This annual notice of funding opportunity outlines our funding priorities and areas of interest, as well as procedures for submitting requests for funding.
