The City of Rowlettโs Arts and Humanities Commission is offering small grants to support the activities of cultural arts groups based in Rowlett. These grants are intended to promote cultural arts within the city, and recipients must provide at least one program or exhibit benefiting Rowlett residents during the grant year.
