The Clean Vessel Act Education and Outreach Grant Program, funded by the California State Parks Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW) with federal support from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund, aims to reduce recreational boater sewage discharged into California waterways.
