Eligible entities include county/city governments, volunteer/non-profit organizations, and other eligible services. The funding requests can cover training, communications equipment, ambulances, emergency response vehicles, and specific medical equipment. Ineligible entities include private for-profit services and state agencies that do not meet the volunteer staffing requirement of 51% or more.
