This area is further defined as the area covered by the Norman County East school district, and includes Lake Ida, Wild Rice, Flom, Fossum, Rockwell and Home Lake townships. Funding Information Applications of $500 to $10,000 will be considered. Eligibility Criteria  Grants will be considered from any nonprofit organization or public agency whose project addresses one of the following topics: education, economic development, healthcare, environment and recreation, cultural and community service and that benefit the resident of the defined area.
