Eligible projects include public service programs, public facility improvements, housing rehabilitation, and economic development activities. Some activities, such as administrative costs, maintenance, and new housing construction, are ineligible.
Funding decisions will be based on project eligibility, sustainability, alignment with community needs, and applicant capacity. All funded projects must comply with HUD regulations, including environmental reviews, labor standards, and accessibility requirements.
