FY25 IIJA/IRA Bureau of Land Management Wyoming Recreation and Visitor Services

Eligible applicants include a range of organizations, such as **state, county, city, and township governments; Native American tribal governments (both federally recognized and other tribal organizations); public and private higher education institutions; and nonprofit organizations** with or without 501(c)(3) status. **Individuals and for-profit organizations are not eligible** to apply for this opportunity. Applications must be submitted **electronically** no later than **5:00 p.m. ET on February 17, 2025**, with the application period open from **December 16, 2024, to February 17, 2025**. Proposals will undergo review, rating, and ranking, with final applicants being notified upon selection. For those proposing Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) projects, indirect costs are capped at **17.5%** if the award aligns with the CESU purpose under a formal Master CESU agreement.
