Grant Description

Florida Target Sector Trade Show Grants are designed to assist small to medium-sized Florida-based companies in growing their export sales through participation in overseas international trade shows. These grants, offered by SelectFlorida on a reimbursable basis, aim to help eligible manufacturers and select professional services providers in target sectors increase their export sales and enter new global markets. The grants support participation in trade shows listed on the SelectFlorida calendar of events, especially those where a Florida Pavilion, Florida Section is organized, or SelectFlorida staff are actively recruiting for and attending the event. To qualify, companies must meet several criteria, including being located and registered in Florida, having a minimum annual sales of $250,000 in the previous calendar year, and employing between three and 500 full-time employees. Eligible expenses for reimbursement include trade show registration, booth space, and rented equipment among others, with a reimbursement rate of 75% of selected trade show booth costs, up to $5,000, subject to funding availability.
