Diverse Business Certification Grant

The City of Worcester has launched the Diverse Business Certification Grant Program to support local businesses in obtaining certifications through the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO). The program offers a $5,000 grant to eligible Worcester-based businesses that achieve certifications such as Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Veteran-Owned, and others. The application process is ongoing with a deadline set for November 1, 2024, at 5 p.m. Technical assistance workshops are available across various locations in Worcester, with the program requiring applicants to attend a pre-certification webinar hosted by the SDO.
