The DanPaul Foundation supports 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that directly serve the health, education, development, and welfare of youth around the world. Established with the mission to empower children through enrichment and protection, the Foundation works to ensure young people gain the tools they need for personal growth and social responsibility.
Founded by Libby Moore Cornett, a professional in early childhood development, the Foundation is particularly dedicated to educational opportunities for both children and the adults in their lives—parents and teachers. Its funding priorities include training in early childhood development, advocacy against child abuse and neglect, promotion of environmental awareness, and provision of basic needs such as clean air, water, housing, and nutrition.
The Foundation’s grantmaking supports a variety of programs, including workshops, conferences, student scholarships, scientific initiatives, and services addressing homelessness, poverty, neglect, and refugee enrichment. While there are no geographic restrictions, all applicants must be U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations. Grants range from a few hundred dollars up to $15,000 annually.
The Foundation does not fund individuals or families, lobbying efforts, or projects outside of its defined mission areas. Ideal applicants are nonprofit organizations that demonstrate alignment with the Foundation's goals and are actively serving youth through direct programming or supportive services.
To initiate the application process, eligible organizations are encouraged to contact the Foundation directly. Further information can be found in the grant funding guidelines available on their website. The Foundation looks forward to collaborating with nonprofits already engaged in impactful work aligned with its values.
