Eligible applicants include a variety of organizations, such as state and local governments, tribal governments, educational institutions, nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, and community organizations. Faith-based organizations that meet eligibility requirements are also welcome to apply. Foreign entities, however, are not eligible for this grant.
