Eco-Grants: Youth Eco-Grants
This funding opportunity provides financial support for young residents and organizations in the Tri-City area to undertake educational and aesthetic environmental projects.
The ecology center has two types of Eco-grants: (1) Youth Eco-Grants and (2) Environmental Education/Project Grants (adults). To qualify, you must be a resident, agency, or organization in the Tri-City area. Each year, the ecology center sets aside approximately $1200 of Eco-Grant funds for young people and adults working on local environmental projects. The projects must be educational and/or aesthetic in nature. The specific guidelines are listed on the back of the application.
