The Emerging Philanthropist Program (EPP) Endowment Fund provides up to $2,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations supporting mental health services in Cumberland and Dauphin Counties, Pennsylvania. Established by EPP alumni, the fund builds on the mission of the EPP to empower Harrisburg’s young professionals in philanthropy, while creating community impact beyond the annual EPP class grant. Proposed projects must align with the fund’s mission of supporting mental health, demonstrate measurable goals, and include diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations.
