The Texas Pride Community Foundation (TPCF) offers its annual 2025 Community Grants to support LGBTQ+ organizations across Texas. The program focuses on empowering under-resourced communities, particularly in rural areas, border towns, and underserved neighborhoods in urban centers. The grants are designed to uplift BIPOC- and trans-led grassroots organizations and foster systemic change.
Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or those with a fiscal sponsor. Proposals must demonstrate support for LGBTQ+ communities in Texas and align with TPCF’s commitment to inclusion, racial equity, and transformative impact. The grants offer general operating support, eliminating the need for specific project proposals. Only one application is allowed per organization per year.
The application portal opens May 23, 2025, and closes July 24, 2025. TPCF will announce grant decisions in October 2025. Organizations are encouraged to attend virtual information sessions held on May 28 and 29 to gain insights into the process and ask questions.
TPCF gives funding priority to programs serving people of transgender experience, LGBTQ+ youth, unhoused or displaced individuals, people of color, people living with HIV/AIDS, and people with disabilities. Applications from government entities, individuals, national organizations not developed at the local level, or those operating outside Texas will not be considered.
Applicants must create a new applicant profile, even if they’ve applied in previous years, due to a system upgrade. Questions regarding the application or eligibility should be directed to grants@texaspridecf.org or by phone at (833) 800-8743.
