2024 Unity Foundation of La Porte County Grant Program

Eligible applicants generally include charitable organizations with verifiable 501(c)(3) status operating or offering programs in La Porte County, Indiana. Governmental bodies (such as townships and fire districts) and educational institutions (including teachers) are also eligible, with additional restrictions noted under General Grant Making Policies. Churches may request funds for non-religious purposes only. The expected outcomes are innovative solutions that address community needs, leverage additional resources, and foster collaboration, ultimately leading to a stronger and more vibrant La Porte County.
