The 2025 Credibly Small Business Award is a sweepstakes-based funding opportunity sponsored by Retail Capital LLC dba Credibly. The program is designed to support U.S.-based small businesses that are actively contributing to their communities. This annual award recognizes for-profit businesses with a strong presence and impact, offering a chance to win one of three monetary prizes to support business growth and operations. The entry period is open from September 1 through September 30, 2025. Winners will be selected through a randomized raffle and announced in October 2025. The first-place prize is $30,000, second place receives $20,000, and third place is awarded $10,000. Prizes are disbursed in a lump sum via ACH payment within ten business days of verification. Eligibility is limited to for-profit businesses operating for at least six months at the time of entry, with a minimum of $500 revenue in the most recent month and a dedicated business banking account. The business must be domiciled in the United States and not involved in prohibited industries such as nonprofit organizations, donation-based enterprises, direct competitors of Credibly, or those under bankruptcy protection. The owner must be a U.S. legal resident and at least 18 years old. Applications are submitted through an online form, and only one entry is permitted per business, defined by a unique EIN or Social Security Number. The process does not require submission of business plans or financials beyond minimal eligibility information. All valid entries are entered into a random drawing scheduled for approximately October 30, 2025. Winners are subject to verification and may be required to complete an affidavit, background check, and provide tax documentation such as a W-9. The program prohibits individuals from entering on behalf of ineligible business types or submitting more than one application. If the winning business ceases operations within three months of receiving the award, Credibly reserves the right to reclaim the funds.
