UWRC Community Impact Grants 2025-2026

The Community Impact Grant offered by the United Way of Rutland County (UWRC) is designed to support nonprofit organizations that provide services addressing critical community needs within Rutland County, Vermont. The grant cycle officially begins on July 1, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2026. The first 50% of awarded funds are distributed by August 31, 2025, and the second half by December 31, 2025. A final report on grant outcomes must be submitted by March 30, 2026. Only 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations based in and serving Rutland County are eligible to apply. For those requesting over $3,000, a full application packet must be completed; those requesting $3,000 or less use a mini application packet. The process emphasizes a user-friendly and transparent experience, with available resources such as a downloadable application handbook, a virtual training presentation, and optional Q&A sessions beginning May 12, 2025.
