The United States Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Grant Assistance Program is intended to provide funding to qualifying postsecondary institutions in Nebraska to assist DPAA with accounting for United States servicemembers and civilians missing from designated past conflicts. The Nebraska Department of Veterans’ Affairs (NDVA) has been allocated $170,653 to be administered to qualifying institutions under Neb. Rev. Stat.
