Youth Foundation Grant

The Youth Foundation, Inc. is affiliated with the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS® and is dedicated to promoting the welfare and betterment of children and young people up to 25 years old. The Foundation supports initiatives that contribute to the physical and intellectual development and the formation of character of youth in the southeastern Wisconsin area. The Youth Foundation offers grants to nonprofit organizations that are classified as 501(c)(3) and serve youth in Milwaukee, Waukesha, or Washington County. All grant awards are made for a one-year term and must align with the Foundation’s mission of supporting impactful programs for children and young adults. Applicants must demonstrate how their programs significantly contribute to youth development in the specified geographic areas. To be considered, organizations must complete the Foundation’s application form and provide all required supporting documents. Grants are not awarded on a rolling basis and are limited to four application deadlines per year. The Youth Foundation Board meets quarterly, and applications must be submitted by January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 to be reviewed at the respective board meetings. Submissions must be made by mail or delivered in person to the GMAR office; email submissions will not be considered. Delays in review may occur and are not reflective of the application’s merits.
