The grant program offers tiered awards depending on the size and maturity of the business. Start-up businesses operating between one and three years may receive up to $5,000. Micro businesses with fewer than 10 full-time employees and three or more years of operations may receive up to $10,000. Small businesses with 10 or more full-time employees and at least three years of operations may receive up to $15,000. Grant funds may be used for a range of business investments including equipment, inventory, marketing, technology, licensing, and consulting services. All funds must be expended by July 10, 2026. This is a two-part application process. Applicants must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by 5 p.m. on October 30, 2025. Upon completion, they must then submit the full application by 5 p.m. on October 31, 2025. To receive funding, grantees must participate in a four-week training cohort that includes both virtual and in-person sessions. They must also accommodate at least one on-site visit from program staff to demonstrate progress or grant activity completion.
