Community Catalyst Grant

Supporting documentation must be uploaded, and successful submission is confirmed with an automated “Success” message. Applicants are encouraged to participate in the “Collaboration Circle” to enhance engagement and awareness of future opportunities. Recipients of the grant will receive an annual impact report form, which must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. While the portal includes multiple funding opportunities, organizations may only be awarded one grant per cycle. Each applicant will receive two complimentary passes to the August Change Makers Breakfast, where the awards will be publicly announced and funds distributed.
