The Office of National Drug Control Policy Executive Office of the President is seeking applications from a non-profit entity as described in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code with expert knowledge and extensive experience in: Building and maintaining public health and public safety partnerships to address the drug overdose epidemic; and Supporting state local and territorial health departments in their implementation of enhanced strategies and programs at the intersection of public health and public safety to address the drug overdose epidemic.

ONDCP invites applications from non-profit organizations with demonstrated expertise in supporting state, local and territorial public health departments in their implementation of strategies at the intersection of public health and public safety as well as: • Knowledge and experience supporting the development and implementation of overdose prevention and harm reduction programs using strategic, evidence-based approaches. Assistance Listing #95.007 2 • Experience supporting and promoting collaboration between public health and public safety agencies to prevent and respond to drug overdose. • Experience supporting state, local and territorial public health organizations (governmental and/or community). • Established reach or work and influence across the United States. • Demonstrated capacity to administer federal cooperative agreements. To be eligible to receive funding under this award, recipients must be legally recognized as a nonprofit institution/organization.
