Utah Primary Care Grant Program

The Utah Primary Care Grant Program (UPCGP), administered by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services Primary Care and Rural Health (PCRH) office, is designed to provide funding to private entities, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations, to deliver primary healthcare services to medically underserved populations in Utah. Grantees are required to submit quarterly progress reports to demonstrate the impact of their services on these communities.
