Fund for Sandwich Grants 2025

The Fund for Sandwich 2025 Grant Program is administered through The Cape Cod Foundation with the goal of addressing the needs and opportunities facing the Sandwich, Massachusetts community. Awardees must also provide a final narrative and financial report by September 2026, or earlier if feasible.
