The program prioritizes projects or education that will enhance the artistic atmosphere and musical environment in the Eagle Community. Preference is given to non-profit 501(c)(3) applicants. The EAAC focuses on funding requests that do not exceed 50% of the total project budget, with a maximum of 20% of requested funding allocated for salaries.
