The FY 25-26 Indian Health Grant Program provides assistance to eligible applicants to furnish clinical health services, including culturally informed preventive, medical, dental, and/or mental health care services, for American Indians who live off reservations. Eligible Projects  Grant projects should improve access for American Indian people that that reside off reservations. Eligible expenditures may only be incurred when the grant agreement is fully executed and the grant has reached its effective date. Eligible expenses include: Salaries Fringe Travel Supplies Contracted Services Equipment and Capital Improvements Other (Define) Indirect Eligibility Criteria  Eligible entities include Tribal Nations and nonprofit entities providing clinical health services to American Indian people that reside off reservations, with preference given to nonprofit organizations that were created for and specifically focused on serving American Indians.
