Hello Alice eBay Up & Running Grant

The eBay Up & Running Grant is a small business funding initiative launched by eBay in collaboration with Hello Alice, a platform that supports business owners through resources and financial opportunities. Now in its sixth year, the grant program continues its mission to empower small business owners operating on eBay by offering direct funding and educational resources designed to boost operational growth and resilience. The core objective of the grant is to support eBay sellers in maintaining and scaling their businesses effectively. Recipients will receive $10,000 in cash to support growth initiatives, such as expanding product offerings, upgrading infrastructure, or streamlining operations. In addition to the cash grant, recipients will be provided with a $500 stipend to purchase essential business technology from eBay Refurbished. They will also gain access to educational content and seller tools that are specifically tailored to help optimize and expand their eBay storefronts. To be eligible for this funding opportunity, applicants must be the lead executive of a qualifying business, such as the Founder, CEO, CFO, or equivalent. The applicant must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and represent a business that is based in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. Furthermore, the business must have active listings on eBay within the last six months and maintain a seller rating of either “Above Standard” or “Top Rated.” Businesses that have previously received this grant are not eligible to apply again. Applications are open from May 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will close on June 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Selected recipients will be notified via email in August 2025. Applications will be evaluated by a review committee following criteria outlined in the program’s Terms and Conditions.
