The Whidbey Community Foundation is seeking applications for its Community Health Grant Program to improve the quality of life on Whidbey Island. Clinical Care, including health care access and quality. Social and Economic Factors, including education, employment, income, family and social support and community safety. Physical Environment, including air and water quality, housing, and transit. Funding Information Organizations can request up to $10,000 for a Community Health Grant.ย  Eligibility Criteria Any organization that operates with a charitable status or for a charitable purpose on Whidbey Island is eligible to apply for a grant. You do not need to have a headquarters or physical presence on Whidbey, so long as services are provided here.
