Eligible proposals must demonstrate a clear U.S. exchange component, articulate measurable objectives, include a monitoring and evaluation plan, and outline sustainability beyond U.S. funding. Proposals should also highlight innovation, alumni engagement, and involvement of American Spaces. Activities not eligible for funding include scholarships, political campaigns, religious activities, and infrastructure projects.
Applicants must submit an executive summary in English, not exceeding four pages, including a clear statement of the issue, project narrative, target audience, implementation regions, budget, and evaluation plan. Proposals must be submitted via email to US-ArgentinaGrants@state.gov.
Evaluation criteria include clarity of purpose, feasibility, monitoring and evaluation plans, and sustainability. Successful applicants will enter into a formal grant agreement administered by a Grants Officer.
