501(c)(3) organizations with health and human service programs Other tax-exempt organizations (schools, municipal programs, and other 501c organizations) Application period ends every quarter: Submissions due by the 10th of each month, except December Cycle 1 - January 1 - February 1 Cycle 2 - March 1 - April 1 Cycle 3 - June 1 - July 1 Cycle 4 - September 1 - October 1 The United Way of Graham County does not provide funding for the following: Granting Foundations or pass-through funding for any purpose other than fiscal agency for distinctive projects or programs Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status Individuals, conference fees, and medical procedures. Religious activities, churches, or church sponsored programs limited to church membership​ Political or lobbying organizations, or those supporting the candidacy of a particular individual​ Individual athletic teams (unless 501(c)(3) or tax exempt) Concerts or other entertainment events unless 501(c)(3) (example: Gila Valley Arts Program) Organizations or entities that may have known or reasonably perceived conflicts with the policies, procedures, programs and practices of United Way Organizations which may pose a threat to the State of Arizona or the United States of America
