Region 7: Creative Sector Flex Fund

The Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) is a grant program introduced by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) for the 2023-2024 cycle, continuing in 2024-2025. The CSFF addresses the needs of dynamic PA arts organizations with average annual revenue between $10,000 and $200,000 by offering $5,000 grants to support administrative, programmatic, and project-related expenses. The program provides flexibility to ensure significant impact for organizations and communities. Applications for the 2025 CSFF for Region 7 are open from May 31, 2024, through July 31, 2024. Announcements of funding decisions will be made in late Fall 2024, with awards distributed shortly after state budget approval. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
