Grant Description

The FedEx Entrepreneur Fund and Boost Camp Program is a collaborative initiative by Hello Alice and the Global Entrepreneurship Network, designed to empower small business leaders across the United States. This program offers a unique dual opportunity for selected applicants to access a 12-week virtual business accelerator (Boost Camp) and, for a subset of participants, receive unrestricted grant funding. Hosted on Hello Alice’s platform and supported by FedEx, the program aims to support underserved small business owners with education, mentorship, peer networking, and potential capital infusion. The core purpose of the program is to accelerate business growth by equipping entrepreneurs with practical strategies in vision refinement, marketing, sales, and financial health. Through the Boost Camp, 150 businesses will receive a training experience valued at $1,500, featuring expert-led sessions and curated curriculum. Of these, approximately 30 participants will also receive $10,000 grants to be used at their discretion for their business needs. Participation in Boost Camp is a prerequisite for grant consideration, but does not guarantee funding. Eligible applicants must be the leading executive of a for-profit business that is legally registered and located in the United States, including D.C. and Puerto Rico. Additional criteria include having no more than 25 employees, less than $1M in 2024 gross revenue, and a demonstrated commitment to community engagement. Furthermore, applicants must not have participated in a Hello Alice Boost Camp in the previous 12 months and must be willing to attend the upcoming virtual program beginning in January 2026. To apply, entrepreneurs must complete an online application through the Hello Alice platform by November 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM ET. The application process involves a comprehensive set of questions regarding both the applicant and the business. Only one entry per business and officer is allowed, and all applications must be submitted through the official portal. Selection is based on a panel review process using weighted criteria: founder expertise and commitment (35%), demonstrated need for resources to meet business goals (35%), and community engagement (30%). Interviews or supplemental materials may be requested at the discretion of the sponsors. Selected recipients will be notified via email or phone by December 15, 2025. The program opens on October 14, 2025, and runs through the application close on November 21, 2025. Entries are reviewed from November 24 to December 9, 2025. Notifications will follow on December 15, 2025, and Boost Camp participants are expected to begin the program in January 2026. Based on annual cadence, the program is anticipated to recur with future cycles, though formal confirmation of recurrence is not stated.
