Eligibility:
Artists must be currently living and creating in Santa Ana or creating work for the benefit of Santa Ana residents.
Applicants must attend at least one mandatory information session.
Only one application per project is accepted.
Applicants must be over the age of 18 and meet specific compliance requirements (e.g., no active litigation or code violations with the city).
